Does action beat reaction?
Sounds good and most would say yes but Jimmy changed my mind. That came when he taught Nam Pi, a whole new ball game. I will warn you up front that there were something like 79 or so Nam Pi and some I have seen have 200 or more, so if they have more they made many up or did not understand what Nam Pi was all about. Another tip is if they block, it is not a Nam Pi from Jimmy. That is not say you could not add different Nam Pi lessons. I believe the Nam Pi is the highest level we have in combat. It allows you to stand peacefully looking like an easy target setting up the element of surprise. The second he starts to move you react and go under his strike, slip it, crowd him, but whatever you do his target has moved and he attempts to readjust but if you did things right it is too late for him. If your attack is launched the second he moved it will strike him at the time his attack would have hit you. It works so I would answer the question it is very possible when used properly reaction can also win.
