Fighting tips!
It is sad many times to watch students struggle to try to complete a technique because they lack set up knowledge and they don’t have the ability to figure it out. You must think it out, practice it. You can ask your instructor and he may or may not know but don’t let that stop you, work on it, test it and you will learn deeper. The set up is
more important than your technique without it your whole move may collapse.
While sorting my files I find things we should all know and I will post them as I locate them. I don’t know who gave these to me but I was impressed that he put them together in an understanding manner. I have used many of them for real, good stuff, icing on the cake.
