The Four Fighting Sounds
Someone sent me the fighting sounds which must have been written some time ago because they mentioned that the Standards Committee had approved it so it was our first Association. The printed version is correct however the sounds need to be taught by
someone who knows them. Both air and muscle contractions must be sent to certain parts of the body in perfect unison to work and each is different.
