No we are not! My view is that Jimmy did not want to be considered with “Choy Li Fut schools”, he wanted to be known as a pure combat oriented Art with little classical background
which most Americans could grasp or cared about it. He was successful but others wanted to know their roots so the Art gravitated toward the whole art, as time went by he opened it up to forms, which he did not intend to teach.
