My view!
I got a message today and it came in a different way and I am not sure if it is private or public so I will post the answer but not the question. We are going fine and much information is being passed on. What other instructors do is up to them. I want to stick to facts. No one is angry but you check out what they do yourself.
Answer
Kind of hard to know what you were asking, I no longer debate this issue because no body wants to hear the truth. So I will try to say this very plainly. The Basic 45 were the first lessons that were taught in El Monte and we thought they were gold and some were. Jimmy wanted us to write them but many had trouble and he had help and they wrote them, he sold them for $2, I have them today. A small group of us stayed after class and memorized every lesson and performed for the group. "You do 12, or you do 5" we had them down perfectly. Every one comes up with someones version, I will show the real way it was done and what it was meant to do. I really don't care what others teach, my book is correct and most who teach it differently have lost many nuances. Many of Jacks are not correct or Juan's versions but all I can share is what I was taught. No one heard or knows what Ah Soo means (including Jimmy.and if you like them fine), I have known people who collect them and I sent them copies I had. Don't expect me to rationalize what another person teaches. #9 is correct. it is an Old, high level move if done properly. I hope I never have to explain this again, let's move on.
