Become Untouchable

Become Untouchable

If you have never boxed than you probably never experienced a guy who can do this but it is very few that can. It really has no specific Art but is attached to the person that has perfected the movement, in boxing they call it, “bob and weave”. The closest technique we have in San Soo is the Nam Pi movement when we look totally relaxed and the guy attacks. You do not block, you evade as you launch a counter attack but it really is not counter because it lands before his would have landed if his had struck you. It is not “muscle memory” muscle has no memory, it is a trained subconscious which takes over the fight like a bolt of lightning. Just remember never plan what you are going to do or think how you will react, it does not work the way. If you train your mind properly and allow it to take over it will protect you but without proper training it may be like the flip of a coin. There are a lot of “Monday Morning Quarterbacks” out there who have never used San Soo that give advice that is total BS. Just doing the lessons is not enough, research many areas, vital areas, body mechanics, how knock someone out, pin point punching to temporarily paralyze muscles or parts of a body, etc. etc. There are poor instructors and some very good instructors but don’t settle for one or two lessons a week and that’s it. If your teacher did not expand his mind you must work hard to expand yours. Ask many questions and get all the answers you can. I am not saying you have to mix arts but look at areas that bridge all arts, say methods of breathing. If you need more, you have the world at your fingertips, go to your computer, it is all there. Stick to reality and stay away of people who would take your money and give you little, most information is here for free. I am posting this video to show some that can do what we are discussing here, if you could get that good I think you would do well in a fight. Of course the tactic will not work all day the first should drop him. Don’t play even if you can, you don’t know how good your opponent is, finish the fight. I have no idea about this business, I used the video so we could discuss what can be done with movement.
