The older I get, I hate to listen to dumb people!

I would like to share some information that is being shoved off that is pure BS. That is about the choke hold which is really a carotid artery restraint. Choke=cut off air, restraint=blood and if done right is very humane and allows a very short time to put on cuffs. A choke hold is easy to see or hear if used on someone they cough/choke and have difficulty breathing. It is ugly, drool is all over you and the floor, cops have been ordered by most departments that it not be used. Would you rather get hit by a nightstick (skull fracture, broken bones, internal injuries), tazed (cracked vertebrae)or just get the crap knocked out of you. A cop before they can carry a taser must first be tased to see what they can do, it is very painful. If the restraint is so deadly why aren’t the MMA grapplers all dead because when they train at their gym they probably use it on each other 6 or 7 times a night. I know a Sergeant who was tased who suffered 3 cracked vertebrae due to muscle contractions. I can simply touch one or two spots on your neck and you will start going out. Don’t let a small group of protesters change a very humane tactic and make it illegal to use.
